No-Refund Policy

This agreement is between the users ("Wishers" and "Gifters") and WishingPage.com, a platform operated by MAT-TEK EOOD.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Wishers and Gifters acknowledge and accept that all transactions, including purchases and fees tied to their accounts on WishingPage, are considered final and are non-refundable. While we typically do not issue refunds, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

When making a purchase, Gifters will acknowledge the no-refund policy for each individual transaction, be it one-time or recurring, before finalizing their order.

Subscription cancellations for recurring gifts can be managed by Gifters in the billing portal at any time. Should Gifters encounter any issues accessing the billing portal, they are encouraged to reach out to our customer support via email, chat, or social media for assistance.

Changes to the No-Refund Policy

WishingPage retains the right to amend this No-Refund Policy at its discretion. Any revisions will replace all prior versions. We encourage you to review the No-Refund Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
